Blackening Brittlegill Fungi

Cold and frosty first thing this morning with plenty of sunshine. A walk in the park gardens in the afternoon found one of these fungi in fairly good condition. Most have been knocked over and damaged. I liked the way it stood out in the grass, looking a bit sinister.
