Valencia’s Sistine Chapel

We visited the Church of San Nicolas this afternoon. It’s known as Valencia’s Sistine Chapel. I can understand why as the ceiling frescoes are stunning. Particularly as they’ve recently been restored.
After all the recent heat, much cooler and cloudier today. I wore my jeans for the first time in almost 2 months! We visited an art gallery in the morning and then went for a walk in the Turia Gardens before lunch. After our walk we heard choirboys singing in one of the main cathedrals. Wonderful sound.
