Lunch
30 years ago I went to a cookery course where we were taught by an Italian lady. I got some lovely recipes, including this Italian peasant soup which includes lentils, tomatoes and bacon. It really is delicious and I made some this morning ready for lunch.
I think the remainder of the day will probably be spent packing some books, or else getting more items from the loft.
