Goodbye Virgin

After years of service from Virgin, we have swapped to BT Fibre. Would have been happy to retain it if we could have ditched the landline and the TV package but they are never interested in you reducing your bill, beyond one-off discounts. Anyway, new service is faster, although the subcontractor did drill through a power cable leaving us without lights in most of our ground floor for almost two weeks.
