New reality day 462

Morning mist in the woods.

First day of the work week.

I just heard from my colleague in Saimaa that we are going there for training at the end of this month. They were told 2 weeks ago. We've heard nothing. Interesting.

Anyway I'll be happy to go as I get too see Sonja again. We text many times a week and have stayed friends since our training.

It seems that our boss is almost always in a bad mood. He tries to hide it, but I can feel it. I think we all can. I don't think it's related to us, I believe it's something in his personal life or his career. But naturally we feel it. He told me that his wife had to him to start think positive thoughts each morning when he wakes up. He told me that it's starting to work. So it must have been horrendous before.

Tiia, my only female colleague in our office, told me that our boss has threatenedto fire her. Has told her week before that he'll support her in any way she needs, and week after that the threat and in addition told her that her success does not make any difference to him. I know Tiia can be really difficult (the one who was quite nasty to me on my first week), but as a boss one needs to still do all the boss duties. I see how he's not talking to Tiia about anything but work. I do believe he's smoking her out.

This week a new bunch started the training. There's 3 sales persons for our office. And one of them is female, which is really nice. I've met her and I got very good vibes of her instantly.

I've now done all the Christmas cards. I just need to put them to envelopes and then send when the time is right. I've also wrapped few presents. When we'll go to Vuokatti for our vacation in a few weeks, we'll see our godson and his family and I can secretly deliver the boys presents. I also bought a present for my husband yesterday and wrapped that.

My husband and I are thinking about going to a vacation house for Christmas, if that is possible. We'd just relax and have a Christmas dinner at a restaurant. It's been quite a hectic year for both of us with first all the renovating and then all the new jobs and all, so it might be a best option for us. We'll see if that is possible.
