Field Maple Dunnock

The piping of this dunnock in a field maple in the front hedge caught my attention this morning. It took a while for me to pinpoint it amongst the leaves. Won't be long before the birds' cover is blown away.

Lovely to see lots of red admirals flitting around the back door grapevine in the sunshine.
