Cyclamen hederifolium leaves
As usual for a Saturday a shot from near the Lodge. These grow under the veranda on a rockery. It never fails to amaze me the way the flowers appear with no leaves in sight then after the flowers these lovely patterned leaves appear.
As you may have guessed from the scientific name the leaves are thought to resemble Ivy leaves (Herder helix). Being naturally from the Mediterranean they are growing well on the south-facing rockery.
