Hot Cross Buns

It's becoming a family tradition that I make the hot cross buns. This dozen was made by 11am today. The cross on each bun reminds us of the real meaning of Easter, unlike chocolate bunnies (which signify what?) I was reading this morning that it's not just about recognising the historic event of Jesus' crucifixion, but personalising it that is important - "He died for me."
