Cop Chaos

Cop 26 has commenced in Glasgow but the cop chaos is all over with hold up's on most major motorways. Today in still traffic I was boxed in by at least a dozen traffic bikes who were clearly practising their routines for traffic separation.

Is it just me or does 25,000 delegates travelling across the globe for a climate summit not defeat the purpose?
