Where are we at?  Personally, societally? These coming days in Glasgow will try to answer the latter.  The first is a question I ask a lot in coaching (using the second person in the form, where are you now?).  Hopefully, the answer is good, with room for improvement.  This, a handrail in the entrance of an apartment building around the block.
