Why The Pine Cones?

Today is the last day of opening this season for Hill of Tarvit.
The Blipfoto shows an Edwardian dress displayed in Mrs Sharp’s bedroom.

The question was asked by a visitor and the answer is that no one should sit on a chair so adorned.

The weather is another day of wind and rain. Very few visitors made it to Hill of Tarvit and most of the time the Volunteers spent chatting to each other about the season.

The Barrista had turned up and had a shelter over his van. I confess to having two large Mocha’s during the day.

Slowly the day passed and we had a discussion about the 2022 season. Hopefully it will be back to a normal year.

Driving home, the rain stopped and the sun illuminated everywhere in a golden glow before sinking below the horizon.

Pat did correctly predict the Strictly contestant who would be leaving this week.

Quite a number of the volunteers have experienced some after effects of the double jab.
