Honouring those "gone before"

I wanted to take a picture of a Day of the Dead beer from New Zealand, that I brought back 4 years ago (extra), and whilst in my cabinet of curiosities, I brought out the beer we had made in 2007 to commemorate my husband. As usual on this evening, I held a form of "dumb supper" and laid a place for my ancestors and those more recently passed. This year I decided to pour a beer in my old man's favourite beer glass: a Victorian 1pt goblet. There was a photo opp!

I had a very large G&T, and have a bit of a "head" today!
