What a day.

I have been out all day, left the house at 9am and got back at 7pm

Gym for 2 hours, then the beauty therapist for a pedicure and facial, nipped home for 15 minutes, grabbed an apple, the off to the dentist, then went looking for an Ipad.

Arrived home knackered, so I said to Roy I would take him out for a meal. We went to our favourite Italian, ordered a starter and a couple of pizzas, and water, no wine as it is golf tomorrow. We had just finished the starter and Roy said "you'll have to take me home I've just started with a migraine", so the pizzas were put in boxes, I paid the bill and drove us home.

We just managed to get in the house before he was violently ill, he took a migraleve and went to bed.

I had some of my pizza, and put the rest in the fridge along with Roys.

We'll see how he is tomorrow.
