Preparation

Well today has been a day of finisging off painting the shelving units  tidying up and wall and floor preparation.  My new walls were plastered about three weeks ago so I have been making sure they have dried out fully before the next stage.  So today  I have slightly sanded down the drips so to leave no blemishes and brushed off all the dust, then tidy up a few small bits around the windows. Swept the floor again.  Then it's off to DIY store for fibre underlay, tape, more rubbish sacks and some door mats.  So tomorrow I am making up a mist mixture to put first coat of paint on walls.  Off work tomorrow as smart meter being fitted. So might as well make use of my time waiting for engineer who was originally scheduled for 08.00-12.00hrs, now changed on Thursday to 11.00-15.00hrs, smack bang in middle of day.     Tonight going to neighbours house for my tea.
