To shoot or to shoot

I hope I didn't write somewhere that I had exhausted the seedhead theme, for once again I couldn't help pointing my lens towards them. Seedheads dresses up with glittering drops of water are just very hard to resist. There is even a small fly on top of the seedhead, just so that I can be faithful to the theme!
This is a rainy weekend but armed with boots and rainjacket during a dry spell I still went macrohunting by the river this morning. The only other people around were also hunting, but rather than shooting with a camera they were hunting birds, which made me sad as they are shooting small birds that are not much more than bones, beak and feathers and they will therefore have to shoot quite many to feed the family and that will silence the happy autumnal orchestra of the woods. If only I could have transformed their weapons into 500mm telephoto lens I think they might have enjoyed themselves just as much shooting photos of their prays!
