Boat pushing another, and towing a third, or a barge, heading out with the tide, as viewed from Kessock Bridge. The one at the front is showing the symbols that indicate it's "restricted in its ability to manoeuvre".
A closer look at the extra, shows that there's a hole through the boat to lower/raise some sort of research equipment or diving bell, and there are several large compressed gas cylinders on an upper deck.
