Whole afternoon spent removing old perished sealant, cleaning away the goo from using waterproof tape as a temporary repair then cleaning and re-sealing an emergency fix.

Bloody brexsh*t means the warranty repair parts won’t arrive until next year sometime and with Perthshire Caravans having done nothing about a temporary repair it was down to me to do
Something to stop the water getting in as their suggestion of waterproof tape was useless.

I think I’ve done a pretty neat and tidy job, not too much sealant, but hopefully enough.

I hope it cures overnight in time for the rain tomorrow!
