Vegetable Gardening

It's time for a tidy, so gone are the runner bean plants, a few weeds as that's all that appears using this 'no-dig' method and removal of the mesh which has been keeping at bay the butterflies and leek moths through the summer.

Both beds are now pretty well fully mulched for another year's growth, so it's time to think about what to grow and where for next year. There'll definitely be room for broad beans, beetroot and a few other favourites too.
