And… it’s back!

Power back on 5.15pm. Phew. At least the fridge and freezer are clean, I guess, even if it did take throwing out an entire rubbish bin worth of food to get there…
Hung out in B+L’s study for a bit to write one of my talks. Went for a (very) little jog for the first time in 2 months - foot survived - yahoo! Helped A finish knitting a scarf for her doll - she’s v proud of herself. Got buried under a mountain of blankets and soft toys, which was a surprisingly pleasant way of warming up in our freezing house. Not as good as the hot shower when power came back on, though.
