Oldies Night Out

We had a lovely night out in Cambridge with newly weds Chris and Kelly. Dinner at The Orator followed by a drink at the Town and Gown which is now on the site of the old Arts Cinema. We felt very aged walking past the hoards of scantily clad teens queuing up to get into the club across the road then fighting our way to the bar. We were lucky to find a table in the pub (obviously reserved for the over 50’s) where we rested our weary legs and talked about the good old days over a port and lemon.
Poppy has been at a Halloween party. Alfie picked her and Johnnie up and they got back just before us. Let’s just say someone is going to have a sore head in the morning.
