Raspberry Grottoes

Guess what we did today? We baked! It was Heidi’s idea really, but me and mum thought it sounded awesome! Mum first checked the cupboard and then realised she had to go to the store first, because it has been so long since we baked that nearly everything was very much past its best before date. Hm. This wouldn’t happen if we baked more often. Just sayin’ 

We decided to make a typical Swedish cookie that’s called a raspberry cave, or maybe raspberry grotto in English. It’s delicious, dog and Grandma friendly and easy to bake. Yay! I supervised the whole process, helped keep the floor clean and then we shared two! for fika time. Woohoo!
