We are all in the same boat

In Courpière today, near Thiers the cutlery town. This window in an empty shop caught my eye. The "boats" are filled with knife handle "passengers".

I don't know what the large boats are made from but I recognise the two weaving shuttles at the front for what they are :-)

Courpière was otherwise disappointing. Plenty of Old but much Run Down and very little Pretty. I got a few other photos and they will be appearing at FB most likely.
