Cordoned Off!

We're cordoned off while forensics - well just one lady officer I think shown here goes about her meticulous work after what a police report describes as "targeted attack by a balaclava clad person on a man in his 20's"  I'll spare you the shot I took last night of scattered blood stained clothing and discarded medical paraphernalia after what must have been a battle to save the life of this victim who remains in a life threatening condition in hospital.  Nasty. 
Not a "trick or treat" gone wrong I don't think but more likely drug turf wars judging by the number of probable County lines runners who can be seen plying their trade regularly in the area.
