Blondie

This young Hielan’ Coo was very interested in us when we went up Haw Lane this morning. I took a few photos but couldn’t decide which I liked best so put one in as an extra. 
It was a wild and wet morning but this afternoon it cleared up for a while. Just long enough for Frank to move some fruit bushes (he has plans!)
and for me to plant some more bulbs and pansies.
It was so cold though, I couldn’t last long out there so I came in and did my Inktober drawing.

I was watching on the news the floods further North, especially where we lived in Dumfries. It was a regular occurrence in the years we lived there bit year on year it got more severe. It  looks worse then I ever remember.

Tomorrow morning we have to go to Settle for our Covid boosters and flu jabs. 
Now it’s book and bedtime.
