The sun came out mid morning so I went off to Blackness Castle hoping to get a blip of a wader or two, but the tide was way out. So I wandered through the woods and espied what I thought were a red kite or two. Unfortunately none of the photos came out. However I went out onto the beach and caught this one, which I think might be a buzzard??
