Belmont St

Two nearby streets are blocked off in the middle in a couple of places. Traffic calming, presumably. The council is responsible for the trees and garden beds, but locals have added their own touches and set up tables and chairs. People sometimes gather for drinks of an evening, but it was past that time today.
