Too tough! Too cold!

On reflection being out in the cold all day yesterday and then deciding to walk up Penyfan today wasn't the best idea I've ever had. It was a challenge walking today with windchills of about minus 20c and just white wherever you looked. I don't like giving in but it was too tough for me today.

It's all caught up with me now, and I've not been able to keep food down, and got the aches and shakes. Sleep and rest is required.
