The staff of life

These little stands are all over the city centre and are very popular. I don’t often stop as I try to limit my bread intake, but it is nice.
Gym this morning - getting stronger and tried the pull-up piece of equipment - I did it. Home and I was actually a bit late for an optional class - I surprisingly had one student - had to keep camera off as I dashed about… then two lectures, hung about for an optional session where said student came back. We’ll get him back on track.
Tried my first local eatery tonight for takeaway - it was good, and a friendly cook. They’re simple places with grills and Bain Marie dishes but always good value.
Tried to work on my essay, bed.
