Whose the guy in the anorak?

These are some of my isolation pastimes.
I finished the jigsaw at the beginning of the week and really enjoyed it. It’s ‘The World of Jane Austen’ in the same series as ‘The World of Shakespeare’.

The thumbnail shows the home of Jane and her family in Chawton, Surrey. She’s sitting outside her home with the family church nearby and her brother’s rather grand Chawton House above.

There are 60 named characters from her family and her books.
Top left is the Royal Crescent,  Bath, from her last book Persuasion. Centre top is Pemberley with Mr Darcy and other Pride and Prejudice characters. The red house top right is Sotherton from Mansfield Park.
Below the Royal Crescent is Northhanger Abbey and to the right of Chawton House is Donwell Abbey and Mr Knightley from Emma.

There are lots more characters and additional settings plus some periphery servants etc but what I want to know is who is the guy in the anorak, inset - he doesn’t look very regency to me!
