Graveyard visit

Today was wet, very dreich as we say in Scotland. We took my cousin Anne and her husband to visit her mum and dad's grave in Auchterarder and to see the gravestone, now embellished with her mum's name as well as her dad. Her mum was my aunt, my dad's only sister, and she was my much loved godmother. We then drove to Bannockburn to the cemetery there where Anne and I's grandparents, my dad and other family members are buried. A bittersweet day!
