Pie Pops

I’m supposed to bring a pie to ‘extended-family’ Thanksgiving dinner when visiting and celebrating In Seattle. There are many gourmet cooks at this dinner! So I would love to showoff my culinary baking finesse - Not !!
I’ve had this pastry book for years - tiny little pies on lollipop sticks?!? - and never had occasion to utilize it. Maybe this event is it? My Seattle sister is a fabulous baker...., so I’m hoping she can help me select the ‘pie pop’ AND help with the baking! She is my sister after all, haha.
