History on a rainy day

Took this while visiting a friend in the Berkshires. I have been told - but never verified this - that this building represents two pieces of Americana. The big window on the second floor was the window to Normal Rockwell's studio. His home if about a block away. The ground floor - now the Stockbridge General Stores, was once Alice's Restaurant. Where you can get anything you want. Arlo Guthrie started a folk music venue in the church where Alice lived with her husband and Fasha the dog.
