Meet ......

..... Lilly! It was bird watch walk this morning at Castle Espie. Ross, the Reserve Warden who leads the walk, explained that Lilly was hand reared as a chick and as a result is very friendly. When he said "come out of the water and say hello " she came out of the pond and was 'talking' to him, he then found it difficult to keep her quiet and she was squawking over him as he was talking.  It was a great morning,  but it was Ross's last day at Castle Espie and it will be someone else leading the walks.
