First.

For awhile now ive been wanting to start one of these. Honestly i wanted a name longer than 15 characters and that kept me from starting one...I couldnt think of another i liked.

Where to start? I havent kept a journal really since xanga. I write almost daily notes on little bits of paper, though. I guess if all those were collected it would give a look at what's going on in my day and in my life at that time.

This picture is from my walk home from the grocery store this evening. For some reason I took mopac instead of 35 home from school and so sat in traffic forever and didnt get home until after 7...like half an hour more than usual for tuesday/thursday. One thing I really love about my neighborhood, is my neighborhood. I love being able to walk down to the grocery whenever I need anything. I go almost twice a day normally. Once in the morning for coffee and once in the evening to get whatever ingredient I need to make dinner. Its totally changed the way I shop. I maybe make a big shopping trip to randalls or heb once ever couple months now?

It was a tiny thing, but I took a (slightly) longer way home from the store tonight. It was nice out and sprinkling just a bit. Ive had this potential trip to europe on my mind for the last few days. I keep talking about it and probably annoying jonathan a ton, but i just cant figure out what to do.
I want to go. But I dont know how. I wish i could hike the whole Way of St. James with Leah, and then stick around and tour Europe. But I cant be gone for two months, I know. This trip would be much cheaper than the study abroad program in Germany, but its still a lot of money. If I could meet up with her for the last week of hiking from Sarria and then travel for a couple weeks or ten days or whatever after that would be great. Even more than doing it this way, I wish she wanted to just make our own path and spend more time going to whatever countries we chose. Ive never been to Europe and I dont know when I'll have another chance to take this much time. Im graduating next spring and will have to find a job...

Ideally I would like to backpack where ever we wanted. and where I want is England and Ireland, France - nice, paris; Greece, Italy, Germany.

*sigh* Really I know this is not a dilemma at all. If I got to go at all that would be amazing. Ive just never been anywhere and I dont want to miss a chance to do something i really want while im young and not tied down.
