It's Flower Tuesday!

It's a flower day for me as daughter #2 was invited to take one of the floral arrangements from the wedding that she attended on Sunday.  There were too many flowers for her to have in her own home, so I am lucky enough to to be the recipient of three vases full of mainly white hydrangeas, with some roses and stocks as well: the perfume is lovely.
In other news:  I met my friend H for morning coffee at a cafe which is situated on the edge of Epping Forest: the first time we've been there since the first lockdown in March 2020.  It was lovely to go back, even though the formerly free forest car park has now become a paid parking one.  There is an arrangement with the cafe for customers to get free parking by placing a voucher in their car windows, but I 'bit the bullet' and paid an annual fee which allows us to park either of our cars in any of the forest car parks but not both cars at the same time!
