Holy Thursday

Practice was 4 miles and six 100m strides. I practiced steeple jumps and did hurdle drills.

We went to Zia's for lunch and the girls were there. It was also Lou's birthday.

I went driving afterwards and it was alright. We went tot the cat wash as well.

Holy Thursday was great, being the MC. There were no mistakes and everything flowed smoothly.

We went to the diner afterwards and I'm stuffed.
