Layers

It’s been a two-walk day. At Bean’s favourite places: Bortons Pond and Cape Wanbrow.

This view at Bortons attracted me with its layers of colour and texture.

The extra is a view from Cape Wanbrow, looking down onto the Oamaru breakwater. Blue blue sea…I haven’t manipulated the image at all.

In between the walks I was at a training session for exam supervisors. I pace the room and keep schoolboys on the straight and narrow during their NZQA exams each spring. It is a surprisingly enjoyable wee job. And the money is always handy :-)
