Refined

It's been a beautiful warm, windy day today. I've done some tidying, three loads of washing and a quick photo shoot of Abe. I didn't want to overdo it with him, so kept it very brief. Then I had a play in Photoshop because I could.

I'm about to do some yoga and then I've got a massage appointment. All very civilised.
