When the heavy dark sky cleared

It had rained all day.
I took myself out for a walk up the hill in the morning, had a chat with my friend while I walked and got wet . In the afternoon we went to buy some pots for the garden - Jenny bought me some rather special bulbs for my birthday which arrived a few days ago so I will enjoy planting them tomorrow.
After we unloaded the car, I wandered into the garden and was surprised by the beautiful sky with its pink fluffy clouds.
Tonight it has been quite stormy - the sound of the wind and rain splashing on the decking is quite peaceful and atmospheric.
It will rain again tomorrow.
