Not too bad a day. Walked up to the Sea wall. Quite windy. Quick blip with my camera phone.Fletch managed to get into the bottom of the photo. 

Felt more energised today. Got out the Hoover and put on the washing,  wrote a long letter to  my old college friend ( who doesn't "do" Facebook or Messenger!
