Irish Soda Bread Kit

Today it was hard to go back to work after the long weekend!

My son discovered this Irish Soda Bread Kit in the cupboard and baked it earlier...... I'm looking forward to trying it with some stew for dinner, he was quite impressed with it so I've already added a replacement pack to my online shopping trolley :)

The kit comes with a bag to mix the dough in and a baking tin made of card to bake the dough, genius!
