We are named again

We live in a country lane with no street lights and house names not numbers. Delivery drivers must hate roads like this in winter, we see them going up and down in the dark searching for an address that is not clearly named.
Our original attempts at clearly marking our house was not fully successful  so we bought two of these, one at each gate. This one was for Harry, a Petite Basset Griffon Vendean (honest, a real dog breed) the other was for Billy, our Scottie. Sadly we have lost both of these chaps and the signs were looking worse for ware, the black coating having split and was peeling off.
I phoned the company that supplied them for advise and they simply said return them and they will sort it. Which they did. I think these are new rather than our originals coming back renovated, even though out initial purchase was five years ago. All done free of charge, we were not even charged postage. wonderful customer service.
They did not take them down or put them back up. I had to do that, balanced precariously on the top of the step ladder whilst welding a screw driver. Not a good experience but a great result
