Thriving on neglect

These cyclamen seem to be doing quite well compared to the state they were in a few months ago.
Tricky morning followed by a soothing afternoon in M&S. So innocuous that I mindlessly bought the wrong sized socks and will need to return later in the week.
Evening zoom meeting with UK Ramblers, well facilitated and interactive. It was a good excuse to avoid a pub quiz, notwithstanding it was in aid of the excellent Guide Dogs Scotland. Just not sure if I’m ready for that, in my experience most pub quizzes are quite loud and raucous.
Paula Byrne’s The Adventures of Miss Barbara Pym is a revelation. Who knew her alter ego was Sandra, perhaps not too far from Janey Godley and all the Sandras.
