Skyline

For the last week of October Laurie54 has set us the challenge of an invention from any time. I have chosen chimneys. 

Chimneys have been in use since at least the sixteenth century and now have various shapes and sizes. I like chimneys! Here are some from our holiday town with a church tower keeping them company on the skyline. 

As I was looking at the skyline I spotted this building shining in the midday sunshine. I asked how old it was and was told that it is a listed building. It is the Golf Club in Newquay. Nice base.
