Love in my tummy

Yummy, yummy, yummy, I got love in my tummy.

One of our wonderful neighbors gave us part of her harvest of Jerusalem artichokes. (Helianthus tuberosus, also called sunroot, sunchoke, wild sunflower, topinambur or earth apple) Now some of them are in my stomach, because I made a gratin with them for dinner. Yummy!
