A viewing feedback that was a bit 'meh' lowered our spirits then at close of play a generous offer received. That is only day two. More viewings scheduled so hopefully this might all be concluded quickly. It is surprisingly stressful selling a house - not the process per se but it is remarkable the number of people and organisations that pop out the woodwork wanting a cut.
