The Pineapple (ananas comosus)

After a brief creative hiatus, and some thankful inspiration from Bravestarr's blip yesterday, we made a visit.

From the moment we arrived, both kids were giving off bad vibes about the place being scarey and muttering that "a woman lived here but wasn't here anymore". There was no-one else around and if I wasn't a skeptic I may perhaps have joined them in their hesitation.

But sense prevailed and we wandered into the garden to marvel at this architectual wonder. It is truly a remarkable structure and I was saddened to see evidence of some neglect, perhaps due to the state of the NTS finances...
