In the pink

I rather like the pink makes a change from orange and yellow.
I am getting bothered and bewildered by a friend of mine who obviously is in early stage of dementia. Daily for months now the ‘phone rings with more or less same message, lonely, see no-one, come and have cup of tea. Occasionally I answer but this doesn’t seem to help. Six or more times is driving us mad. Today, three times in ten minutes. I am visiting tomorrow, this causes more confusion as she doesn’t remember, although supposedly written down on calendar. I try to be patient and understanding but when ‘phone rings…….the ansaphone is on overtime.
So sad but her son is amazing, must be difficult for him.
