Arizona Sunset

Caleb and Mom were at the store and Caleb saw a coconut that he just had to have.  So tonight I asked him if he wanted to start and get it opened.   He started pouring the coconut water out of it and next thing I knew, he was across the room and dropped it.   That did help get it open and eventually we got it out of the shell.  Somewhere in all of this he disappeared as his interest waned.  Oh, well.  I got it shredded and will help him make into candy tomorrow.  He will be staying home from school one day.
    I ran outside when I realized the sun was just about to set and went up behind the house to get this view.  I always love the view from here and the sunsets are usually beautiful!
