Still blooming!

A bit of a rota mix up meant that one of the vicars had to do a rather impromptu service this morning, and very good it was too. A good chat over coffee afterwards, and discussion about some Christmas carols with the organist.  Could be “interesting”!  Knew I had no real plans for the rest of the day so photographed some of the roses still blooming in the church garden as I left.  Still looking good and more buds to come too. I did have one plan - to find the original paperwork for a savings plan I took out when my daughter was born 38 years ago - it has now ended, but they have asked for the original paperwork to be returned with the claim form.  Hmmm - now where on earth did I file that?!
